These shoes are really well designed, fit well around the foot, the shoe is made of canvas so there's no need to break them in as they're a simple fabric, one thing I would advise people to do is to buy the next size down like my mate told me to, I'm a size 11 & the size 11 shoe has about 3cm of gap between my toes & the tip of the inside, should've bought the size 10, it maybe because they're anerican shoes, whoever managed the shoe sizings for these were definitely not from this side of the pond, regardless though they're a really nice pair, my next ones will be optical white & this time I'll get them in size 10 :)

I have a size 5 classic black and they're great everyday trainers. A timeless classic they go with all casual Jean's/Cords type outfits. Another reviewer commented on the price being expensive, however having had several high street rip offs that look dogeared and come unstitched after a few months, i do for once believe i'm paying for quality and not just a name. The only downside i see with Converse (and all canvas in general) is their all weather suitability, as you would expect they aren't especially waterproof but this is easily fixable with a waterproof spray and this helps keep them clean too...oh and my feet get colder than standard trainers, which is an excuse for comfy socks. A lot of people seem to have bought from Office but mine were from Amazon directly, quick free shipping and no hassle..that's great service in my opinion.

These were a Christmas present for someone else who has bought cheap sneakers which wore out quickly. He is delighted. I wear Converse most of the time and know how comfortable they are. It is great to be able to get unusual colours at a good price.

1st of all these shoes are just so comfortable to wear from day 1, sure it helps to have thin feet cause thay are a snug fit by design. The problem I have, is not with the shoes but with me, I'm a girl with size 9.5 size feet (shock, horror!! I know) and womens shoe stop at 8, 9 if your lucky. So I can only wear men shoes, so when I found these shoes which are unisex, I was over the moon! Great looking shoes that are so comfortable and that go with any thing you wear, and no one will think there mens, cause there not! I've got these shoes in black and I wear them everyday for everything.
I would say invest in waterproof spray or something, cause if you get them wet and then don't dry them out, they will wear out, it won't stop gettng your feet wet if you stand in a puddle, cause of the small holes in the sides, but it wil protect them for rottoning. And undo the lases when takening them off, cause I've gone though a pair, which now have big tairs on the back of them, where i've been forcing them off without undoing the laces.
So all in all bairing these things in mind, which isn't that bad when you think about it, these shoes are very good. The best shoes i've ever had!

Mine are the plain Black Converse.
These are great shoes, especially in the summer! If you're like me and you really hate your Feet but you want a stylish, awesome-lookin' shoe that allows your feet to breathe, this is the one!
I've had my ol' faithful Converse for coming onto 3 years now and they're one of the best pairs of shoes I've ever owned, and I can't wait to own some more as mine have been pretty much worn everyday and are looking just a little bit sorry! You'll not regret purchasing these!
My only downsides to these trainers are they're not so great in bad weather as they're just Material so rain and snow just soaks straight through and can take a long time to dry off. Also, after 3 years the bottom of one of my Converses has split clean in half! It doesn't affect the look of the overall shoe, it's just I can only wear them when it's dry out, otherwise they soak straight through... However this isn't such a bad thing if you're a bit of a scruffy little Punk like me, you can just wrap electrical tape around the tear and lead the tape round to the front, hey presto!
Overall, a Classic Shoe that's worth the Coins!
